Problem Tracks

🧠 Track 1: AI & ML +

The Career Confusion Crisis

The Problem:

In today's rapidly changing job market, over 70% of students and early-career professionals struggle with career direction. Traditional career counseling is expensive, generic, and often outdated. Employers struggle to find candidates with the right skills, creating a massive disconnect between talent and opportunity.

Your Challenge

Design and build a solution that addresses the career guidance ecosystem crisis. Consider how technology could revolutionize how people discover, plan, and navigate their professional journeys.

🔌 Track 2: IoT +

The Accessibility Technology Gap

The Problem:

Over 285 million people worldwide live with visual impairments, yet existing assistive technologies are often expensive, bulky, impractical, or require extensive training. The gap between capability and accessible, affordable solutions remains wide.

Your Challenge

Reimagine how technology could empower people with visual impairments to access information and navigate their world. Think beyond existing solutions — what hasn't been tried? How might modern tech be applied in innovative, affordable ways?

❤️ Track 3: Health Tech +

The Fragmented Health Data Crisis

The Problem:

Healthcare data lives in silos across hospitals, clinics, wearables, apps, and paper records. Patients lack a complete health picture, causing repeated tests, medication errors, missed diagnoses, and poor care coordination.

Your Challenge

Tackle healthcare data fragmentation. Propose solutions that give individuals control over their health information while enabling better care coordination and improved health outcomes.

💰 Track 4: FinTech +

The Financial Literacy and Access Gap

The Problem:

Over 60% of young adults lack basic financial literacy and struggle with personal finance. Traditional services are inaccessible to many, and existing apps often address symptoms rather than root causes of poor financial health.

Your Challenge

Address the fundamental issues preventing financial wellness. How might you bridge financial knowledge and behavior to create comprehensive financial empowerment?

🎉 Track 5: Event Management +

The Event Coordination Chaos

The Problem:

Organizers juggle 10+ tools to manage a single event, causing data silos, communication gaps, vendor coordination issues, and poor attendee experiences. Many failures are due to planning and coordination breakdowns.

Your Challenge

Reimagine event planning, execution, and analysis. What would seamless coordination look like for organizers, attendees, sponsors, and vendors? Propose transformative solutions.

📚 Track 6: Smart EdTech +

The Personalized Learning Crisis

The Problem:

One-size-fits-all education fails to adapt to individual learning styles, pace, or gaps. Teachers can't provide personalized attention at scale, and many learners feel left behind or unchallenged.

Your Challenge

Create learning experiences that adapt to each individual while preserving collaborative benefits. How can you deliver effective, personalized education at scale?

📈 Track 7: Business Operations +

The Small Business Technology Maze

The Problem:

SMBs use many disconnected tools, creating data silos, duplicated work, inefficient processes, and poor decision-making. Most small businesses struggle with fragmented operations.

Your Challenge

Solve business operation fragmentation. Propose solutions that unify operations without forcing businesses to abandon their existing workflows.

🤝 Track 8: Community Connection +

The Local Services Trust Problem

The Problem:

Local providers struggle to reach customers beyond word-of-mouth, while community members find it hard to locate reliable services. Existing platforms charge high fees and prioritize transactions over community building.

Your Challenge

Strengthen trust and connection in local service economies. How might you facilitate reliable, community-driven service exchanges while preserving fair value for providers?
